Paul Gratton Non Executive Chairman
Paul was one of the founding team of Firstdirect, the UK’s leading telephone bank and of Egg, the world's largest online direct bank boasting over 3.5m customers. From 2001 to 2006, Paul was Chief Executive Officer of Egg and saw the company achieve record growth and profit. After a successful reign at Egg, Paul left 2006 to take on a new challenge as the Chief Executive of Future Internet Tech before joining activ8 as non exec chairman in April 2007.

Laurence Collins Chief Executive Officer
Laurence has over 15 years marketing, management consultancy and HR experience. He spent a number of years at Accenture in their marketing operations before joining Mercer HR. While at Mercer he transitioned into HR consultancy and went on to lead their UK change management capability before joining global HRBPO provider Ceridian to assume full P&L responsibility for their UK HR consulting division. He has made several high profile media appearances as a commentator on both BBC News and BBC Radio discussing topical workplace issues. Laurence was recently part of the CIPD think-tank examining the future of HR Outsourcing.

Matthew Lymbery Operations Director
Matthew has over 20 years of enterprise and HR systems experience. He spent a number of years as the lead architect at a market leading HR systems organisation before his business was acquired in 2001 by Ceridian Corp. Since then Matthew has held a number of senior systems and commercial roles within Ceridian and prior to forming activ8 intelligence was head of their HR Systems business division.
